The program is based on the belief that caring for and riding horses can be a powerful tool for healing
individuals. Horseback riding for the disabled is recognized as one of the more progressive forms of therapy. It
provides physical, emotional, social, educational, and behavioral benefits.
The connection formed between horse and rider gives the sense of trust, self-worth, and hope.
Our one-to-one approach of one individual, one horse, and one leader ensures that no one is ever left behind
or lost in the crowd. Each person coming to the ranch is unique with his or her own special needs. Those
needs are identified, and a program is created for each individual.
Individuals ofall ages with a wide range of disabilities
and needs are invited to participate. |
